Lana is a bold woman who has enjoyed substantial success in strategising and driving innovative online and offline content marketing campaigns. Data is her guide to creativity, she believes in data-driven storytelling that impacts and helps B2B and B2C brands build active and engaged communities. Lana Graduated from Amman Baccalaureate school with the highest grades in science diploma. She has accomplished many goals in her life up till now such as an award in Deans list and a silver award in El Hassan youth. But that doesn’t stop her from chasing her dreams, it motivates her to reach her aims. As for Lana’s past experiences, she has worked as a content manager to many companies since 2016. She is part of the board of advisory at our crank recruitment family, she will play a very important role as a strategic advisor to make our business successful, where she will develop and implement marketing strategy that helps Crank stay on top of mind for both clients and candidates.

Arif is not just someone who helps with investments, he is a person who can be relied on to help you with every aspect of your financial life. Not to mention that he is an experienced and driven financial advisor with over five years of experience providing clients with optimal assistance with retirement planning, estate planning, investment advice, tax strategies, and overall support managing their finances. He is a PWC qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in airline, tech and service industry that spans over 15 years. He is part of the board of advisory at our crank recruitment family, he will play a very important role in handling financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets, as well as establishing progressive savings accounts.

Lily is a principal consultant at Crank Recruitment. Liliya comes from a sales management background with over 9 years of experience in the UAE. She did not only achieve all career levels within this period but she also gained professionalism, variety of skills and ability to work with any challenge she faces, thanks to the team and product management. She is an accounting manager with a dedicated approach to help clients in their talent needs, whether she is working with start-ups or enterprise-scale businesses, she always follows the same ethical, professional and results-driven mindset, with an emphasis on the quality of service, Partnering with some of the biggest companies in the Middle East. Her knowledge and expertise will allow her to perfectly understand the challenges clients face when hiring and how to best overcome them.
