There are six sizes of Parallels to choose from, which reflect the width of the nib or plates - 1.5mm, 2.4mm, 3.0mm, 3.8mm, 4.5mm, or 6.0mm.  Each pack contains a Parallel pen in your chosen plate width, two ink cartridges (black, red), a converter to clean your pen, a sheet to clean the plates, instructions, and a care guide.
