The earthy, faintly spicy flavor of turmeric gains some balance when combined with sweet cinnamon and cardamom and spicy ginger and black pepper.Making a batch of Golden Milk paste to store in the fridge makes it that much easier to quickly whip up a cup of Golden Milk whenever you want. Suspending the spices in coconut oil makes the brew smoother and leaves less sludge than simply stirring the spice blend into milk. (Although, make no mistake, there is still some sludge!)Makes about 1/2 cup paste.
